TERMS OF SERVICE

RoadHand is an information platform. We display public government data (BLS wages, OSHA enforcement records, Davis-Bacon prevailing wages, GSA per diem rates) alongside user-submitted content (contractor reviews, pay reports, housing recommendations) to help traveling skilled-trades workers make informed decisions.

What RoadHand is NOT: RoadHand is not a staffing agency, not an employer, not a labor broker, not a real estate broker, not a property manager, not a landlord, not a safety inspector, and not a party to any transaction, employment agreement, rental agreement, or contract between users.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@roadhand.app of any unauthorized use.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Reviews, pay reports, and housing recommendations are opinions of the user who submitted them. RoadHand does not independently verify the accuracy of user-submitted content.

You agree that content you submit will:

• Be based on your personal, first-hand experience
• Not be false, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent
• Not violate any third party's rights (privacy, IP, etc.)
• Not contain confidential or proprietary information

You grant RoadHand a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and archive the content you submit so we can operate the Service.

RoadHand may remove content at our discretion — including content that appears false, unverifiable, or in violation of these Terms.

BLS, OSHA, GSA, Davis-Bacon, and SAM.gov data is sourced from public federal databases. We make no warranty regarding its accuracy, completeness, or currency. Government data may be outdated, contain errors from the original source, or be superseded by more recent releases.

OSHA safety scores displayed on RoadHand are calculated by RoadHand from public enforcement records. They are not official OSHA ratings and do not represent an OSHA endorsement or opinion.

Wage benchmarks (BLS, Davis-Bacon) are reference points, not guarantees of compensation. For authoritative data, consult the original federal source.

RoadHand content does not constitute employment advice, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, real estate advice, or safety advice. You are solely responsible for:

• Your employment decisions
• Verifying housing conditions before signing any agreement
• Complying with applicable labor, tax, and safety laws
• Evaluating contractor reputation, safety record, and pay terms independently

Property owners may pay a flat annual subscription fee to list rental housing. Host listings are governed by the separate RoadHand Host Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You may not:

• Use the Service to commit fraud or defame anyone
• Scrape, mirror, or resell RoadHand content without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass security, or interfere with the Service
• Submit automated or AI-generated content as your own experience
• Harass, threaten, or dox other users

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoadHand and Timurtek LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

RoadHand's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to RoadHand in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RoadHand, Timurtek LLC, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Content you submit
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party's rights

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS or the American Arbitration Association under their respective Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action against RoadHand.

Small claims court matters are exempt from this arbitration clause.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
