FAQ.

Does RoadHand take a cut of my rent?+
No. The $199/year is the only fee. Payments between you and your tenant happen outside the platform — cash, Zelle, check, Venmo, whatever you and the worker agree to. We just make the match.
Who sees my listing?+
Anyone browsing the housing section for your city. Authenticated workers can message you directly through RoadHand or reach out via whatever contact info you provide.
What happens after I pay?+
Stripe takes the payment, our webhook activates your listing immediately, and you land on your host dashboard. You can edit details, photos, amenities, and availability any time from there.
Can I pause my listing?+
Yes. Set availability dates or cancel your subscription via the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from your dashboard). If you cancel, your listing goes offline at the end of your paid period.
What if I own multiple properties?+
v1 covers one listing per subscription. If you need more, email us and we'll set up bulk pricing — typically a flat discount per additional property.
Is this just man-camp owners?+
Nope. Workers on 3–6 month contracts want anything that isn't a $120/night extended stay: furnished rentals, ADUs, spare bedrooms, RV hookups, basement apartments near the jobsite. If it's clean, safe, and priced fairly, there's demand.
